Y Healthy Eating
We have to eat healthy food such as vegetables and fruits in order to be healthy.
Some of the unhealthy food adults and children like to eat are french fries, burger and hash brown.
It is important to eat healthily because we will not fall sick easily, we will be very healthy and will be able to fight against diseases easily.
Some of the diseases associated with eating unhealthy food are High Blood Pressure(HBP), Diabetes and many more....
The benefits of eating fruits and vegetables are:
- immunity will be strong, thus able to fight against diseases
- very healthy
- will not fall sick easily
I like to eat fruits and vegetables. They will benefit me a lot to fight against diseases and they taste delicious.
Yes! I support the school's campaign in encouraging pupils to eat more fruits and vegetables. They can benefit everybody so they will not be able to take medical leave and miss a lot of lessons.
We can encourage pupils to eat more vegetables and fruits like Mr Tan( Vice Principal)'s suggestion, the Veggie Fruttie Challenge.
